Marina Sofian
HR Consultant
Marina is graduate of the Faculty of Psychology and the Master's Degree with a specialization in Assessment, Training, and Psychological Counseling of Personnel, as well as a Human Resources Consultant at Atelierul de Idei, they are an advocate for innovation and have a deep passion for the dynamics of organizational environments.
Mihai Chiratcu
Mihai is a growth and change/transformation executive, with commercial background and organizational culture focus. He is usually the one in charge of making sure there is a smooth alignment between vision strategy and culture. His mission is to recalibrate the vision, diagnose and discover the organizational culture and make sure the culture is supporting actions and not blocking them. In the projects he is involved in, Mihai creates growth and transformation journeys and makes sure there is a right fit between culture and the vision mission and objectives of the company! Because of his solid background in sales he was also involved in projects designed to keep the sales strategies and people abilities relevant to the context and keep up with customers' ever changing needs and desires using storyselling as the favorite approach.
Raluca Pricop
HR Consultant
Raluca is the person who brings the psychological and clinical vision of the organization and the people who form it. She has a strong background in clinical psychology and psychotherapy and wants to contribute to safer working environments for all employees. Her mission is to create opportunities in the workplace for discovery, progression, development and work-life balance. For this reason, phix.work is the tool through which it succeeds in understanding the dynamics, obstacles and resources within each team.
Cristina Baghiu
Digital Culture & Innovation Manager
Cristina is the co-founder of Agile People Romania, the business agility community. She is the co-author of the book Agile People principles and the leader of Atelierul de Idei, where she trains generations of professionals on agile and digital culture, from HR, psychological safety, agile coaching or ChatGPT for non-IT.
